Colorado Springs Cohousing is working to establish a new cohousing community in Colorado Springs, CO. We are currently in the phase of marketing and finding the development team (which will mostly consist of the new neighborhood members). The exact location of the project is yet to be determined as well as final costs, designs, and particulars. This is starting at the ground floor and we are inviting all interested parties to participate with the whole journey. The neighborhood is planned to be multi-generational and open to all. We plan to have many quality amenities as seen on the various pages on this site. This will be updated as plans are formed and things come together.
